Boot Camp is an hour-long high-intensity athletic workout. We utilize intense sets of exercises and drills followed by short rest periods to create a powerful fitness workout. This program is great for improving cardiovascular fitness, achieving or maintaining healthy body weight, improving body composition, increasing strength and improving athletic performance.
